Refund policy

At Alagh's Cakes & Cafe, all of our cakes and bakery products are freshly prepared and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:

Cancellation Policy

• Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• Custom cakes, photo cakes, wedding cakes, and special-order cakes cannot be cancelled once design work or production has begun.

• Approved refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Policy

• Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on cakes, pastries, desserts, or other bakery items.

• All sales are final unless the product is received damaged or an incorrect item is provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or store credits may be considered only in the following situations:

• The wrong product was provided.

• The product was significantly damaged during delivery.

• There is a verified quality issue with the product.

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs of the product and order details.

Store Credit

In certain situations, Alagh's Cakes & Cafe may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund at its sole discretion.
