Thank you for choosing Alagh’s Cakes & Cafe, because no occasion is complete without a piece of bliss! It is our commitment to serve you with freshly made and carefully packed products. Kindly read our policy regarding our shipping and delivery prior to placing your order.

1. Areas of Delivery

We presently provide our local delivery services in the Brampton and Mississauga region.
In case your location happens to be beyond our delivery zones, do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing an order for the cake.

2. Delivery Hours & Cut-off Times

Regular Delivery Time: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Daily)
Next Day Delivery: Available only for customized cakes – Order in advance by 24 hours.
Same Day Delivery: Walk-in orders available and/or selected ready-to-go cakes (availability depending).

3. Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery Fee: we have partnered with third-party delivery service so delivery charges completely depend upon your location and address, Charged upon checkout depending on your location.

4. Order Processing

After receiving your order, our bakers will proceed to prepare your cake.
Cakes that need customization may take a 2-7 days turnaround time, which shall be clearly communicated to you at the time of placing an order by you.
Orders placed after the cut-off time shall be processed the next day.

5. Packing & Delivery of Cakes

All cakes are packed in packaging materials that are safe and protective so that they reach you in excellent condition.
Take care while unpacking the cakes, especially those which are fragile or multi-tiered.

6. Cake Delivery Attempt

The delivery of your cake will only be made once at the provided address.
It may either be delivered at a secured spot (such as your doorstep), depending on the delivery instructions provided, or we may try contacting you regarding this issue.

Incorrect/Incomplete addresses might prevent delivery and could result in extra costs being incurred on your part.

7. Pick Up Service

Prefer to collect your order? We offer in‑store pickup from either of our Brampton locations:

20 Red Maple Dr, #11, Brampton, ON L6X 4N7

Our pickup service is only available within bakery hours. All you need to do is select the pickup option while ordering and bring your receipt with you.

8. Delayed Delivery Service

Although we try to provide our services within the stipulated time frame. There may be times when we fail to do so due to reasons like traffic, bad weather, or rush times.
